At SNIDEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with all original SNIDEL packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
